Refund policy

At Young Baby, we follow a strict no refund policy. Only exchange is allowed under the following circumstances:

1. Defective Product

  • If you receive a defective product, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery.
  • A clear unboxing video showing the defect must be provided.
  • Requests without a video or reported after 24 hours will not be accepted.

2. Size Issue

  • If the exchange is due to choosing the wrong size, the customer must bear the return and re-shipping costs.

Exchange Guidelines

  • The product must be returned in unused condition, with original tags and packaging, and along with the invoice and courier receipt.
  • Exchange is subject to product availability.
  • Shipping costs for exchanges will be borne by the customer, except for defective products.
