At Young Baby, we follow a strict no refund policy. Only exchange is allowed under the following circumstances:
1. Defective Product
If you receive a defective product, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery.
A clear unboxing video showing the defect must be provided.
Requests without a video or reported after 24 hours will not be accepted.
2. Size Issue
If the exchange is due to choosing the wrong size, the customer must bear the return and re-shipping costs.
Exchange Guidelines
The product must be returned in unused condition, with original tags and packaging, and along with the invoice and courier receipt.
Exchange is subject to product availability.
Shipping costs for exchanges will be borne by the customer, except for defective products.
